Our Private Lesson program always begins with a consultation ($50) that allows our trainer, Amanda, to meet you and your pup! Clients will bring their pets to Amanda for an evaluation. During the consult, Amanda will learn more about your daily routine, your pup’s history, and the goals for your future together. Following this initial visit, a training plan will be determined. 

We offer private lessons at Perspective K9 for $100 and in-home lessons for $150.

 

The first several lessons are typically held at Perspective K9 in order to establish a starting point, practice general behaviors and rehearse handling skills in a comfortable environment. With that said, the plan is always adjustable. 

Depending on your goals, the plans will vary as they progress. We will often travel to
other locations once foundations are built. Such locations may include local parks,
restaurant patios, and/or indoor locations (Pet-friendly stores).

- On/off-leash obedience
- Sit/down/stay
- Recall
- Exposure and composure in new environments
- Leash walking skills

- Neutrality with people, animals, sounds and motor vehicles
