Our Board & Train program is out of Amanda’s home & is meticulously planned
around the goals of you and your family! Following a consultation, your pup will
come and stay with Amanda in her home. for either 2, 3, 4, 6, or 8 weeks. 

This immersive program allows pups of all ages, breeds, and sizes to be exposed to a variety of animals, a well-balanced daily schedule, and consistent reinforcement.

 

Topics can range greatly but may include:
- On/off-leash obedience
- Sit/down/stay
- Recall
- Exposure and composure in a variety of environments
- Leash walking skills in public 
- Neutrality with people, animals, sounds & motor vehicles

Amanda has other pets, including dogs, cats, reptiles & chickens. Board & Train
dogs get the chance to practice neutrality with all of these animals.
Dog-friendly clients are able to play with Amanda’s personal dogs once evaluated and approved by Amanda.
Our Board & Train programs range from 2-6 weeks in length. Puppies are
recommended for 2-4 weeks, at least when they are younger. Crates, bowls, and
other equipment are provided, but we ask that you provide your dog’s usual
food/treats when possible. Perspective K9 will use a variety of different rewards
depending on the dog.
